Some times the best laid plans just aren’t meant to be! I have been dealing with excruciating pain in both feet due to planter fasciitis which I have had several times but never like this! I can barely take a couple steps. So tomorrow I am scheduled for a procedure to hopefully fix this! That being said We won’t be at getaway as there is no way I can set up let alone walk.
Jack and I are sorry for our cancellation and look forward to seeing everyone at Fall Retreat!
Please support the other vendors as it is work to bring out products to you. ❤️

Who’s attending Get away???
Letting you know Quilts & Clappers will be there Thursday with lots of Goodies to add to your collection (stash) doesn’t collection sound better??? We will set up in the morning and be open from 1 to 5 . We take credit card and of course cash! lol can’t wait to see yall!!
If you are attending it’s still ok to just come shop at the convention center from the Khqs business partners no charge!

We are home and had an amazing nights rest!
Jack has 3 retail stores that want to carry his work! He came home with 4 custom orders and he needs to make many more items before our Monticello show Labor Day weekend in September!
So much Lori Holt and Tilda sold!! A lot of fabric petting going on!!
We had such fun with meeting fellow vendors helping and laughing together! The crew that helped us load in and out were exceptional!! See you next year Pigeon Forge!!

We are at pinky’s lobster and seafood to celebrate a phenomenal show in pigeon forge!
Labor Day weekend we are at the Monticello quilt show!!!

What a day!! One more day tomorrow before we pack up and come home Friday!
We went to a show and tell and drawing from all the vendors after the show closed. Over 300 people came!! People were from all over the country!
Guess who won the grand prize?? ME!!!!!
I won a husqavarna sewing machine!!!
Wooo!!hooo!!!!

First day of pigeon forge is in the books and it was crazy!! We have never had such a full booth just packed with happy quilters! And to top off the day we met Jacquiline De Jonge from the Netherlands! What a wonderful spirit and she was so excited to buy quilty things from Quilts and Clappers! She is here teaching a 3 day class! Isn’t she cute?!
