The first time I picked up a tattoo gun, I knew it was my calling. I bought my first kit in the summer of 2007 and started practicing on myself and anyone who would let me. I started doing tattoos out of my basement on close friends, which eventually grew by word of mouth. Knowing that I could only reach a certain level of artistry without proper training, I began looking for local tattoo shops wi
th artists that could mentor and help me continue to grow as a tattoo artist. At the end of summer, I was working at a local shop in MD where I met my current partner, HB and other local artists. After working at a few shops I decided to move forward with my passion and open my own. I have always had a huge admiration for art, dreaming since childhood of working in an artistic field. Even then I won local competitions for my water color paintings and participated in many school art shows. In college I chose to pursue computer graphics and webpage design. I think it's challenging to pick a favorite style of tattoos that I like to do. I just enjoy making people's visions from their head come alive on their skin. Therefore, if the client is happy, I can't ask for much else. You can make just about anything come alive with creativity which I believe I possess. I've showed a lot of appreciation and love for tattoos and the tattoo culture for quite some time now, and my passion can only continue to develop. I like to pride myself in being a professional artist surrounded by a friendly environment that offers quality work at an affordable price. I hold my work to the highest standards in tattooing, and am very serious about my craft! I specialize in new style tattooing and custom designs ... each tattoo that I apply is unique and different from the next! While striving for excellence, I put 100% into each piece of body art I do. Hygiene, safety and individuality are all top priorities on my list.
