🍓6 lovely and local strawberry-rhubarb jams are headed down by the roadside.
Freshly picked from Fairwind Farms by our family, and their rhubarb too! Our plant is dwindling down but more on the way from family farms.

🌱 All locally grown with this batch so it’s all organic! $8 a jar or $2 off for a returned/good condition mason jar.

Summer is the best season for drying wool!
Lots of colors going through the dye pot. My life has been greens and purples lately 💚💜 with more purple being dyed for the farmer’s market tonight.
In the spirit of cleaning off all my wheels, I decided to finally stain-paint one of my wheels. I plan on painting little sheep on the wheel piece itself. Practicing my design in watercolor first. It’s something I’ve wanted to do since 2021. It’s petal pink.
Gearing up for the farmer’s market this weekend. I hope to see you there.

Cleaning up my wheels for the summer, part infinity:
Up today is my antique Great Wheel during nap time. It’s been cleaned and waxed. My rolag is from Siobhan. I’m having a lot of fun spinning woolen yarn on this giant spindle style wheel. The first bit was from 2021. Going to see if I can make it through a whole 4 oz bag today. Also enjoying this weather! 🌤️🧶
Thank you to whomever purchased my jams and eggs today! My kids were ecstatic to put it away for our trip. Thinking of doing rhubarb lemonade concentrate next in pints. 🫙🍋
