As the green world withdraws into the earth and the biting cold begins to set in, after the harvest and as we move toward darkness, it is an important time to have strong containers to hold us in our grief. Grief work is soul work, and if you are feeling the longing to tend soul, consider joining us for a holding that includes poetry, wilderness connection, story, song, ritual and movement practices.

Snakes have slithered into my life as of recent, slipping into my mythic journey and dreamscape. What am I shedding? I’m not quite sure if I can articulate it but i can feel a very deep somatic experience of letting go of layers of self that no longer fit, as if I’ve outgrown the skin I have been wearing for a long time. It’s subtle and profound. Fall is a time of shedding, as the leaves shake free from the trees.
