Spaces to Breathe Launching March 15, 2018 Why I Create

From the time I was a child, I found joy in making art.

But for many years, I carried the quiet weight of judgment—measuring my artistry against outcomes instead of allowing myself to simply create. What shifted was learning to return to the process: exploring color, texture, and form as a practice of self-care, releasing the pressure of perfection. In that space, I discovered that art-making, whatever the result, is not only enough—it can be healing.

What Loop & Bloom Offers

Loop & Bloom Designs grew out of this realization. Every piece I create is rooted in mindful making and infused with affirmative intention. These images and words are meant to help us rewrite the stories we tell ourselves—and to welcome in new life-giving narratives. My designs are more than decoration: they are reminders to pause, breathe, and invite new stories to bloom. Your Invitation

Loop & Bloom is a celebration of mixed media expression, where play and presence guide the way. Each design carries with it an invitation to join a collective journey of healing—through art, uplifting messages, and mindful presence. My hope is that when you bring a piece of Loop & Bloom into your life, you feel encouraged to embrace your own creativity, and to step into narratives that nourish both you and the wider world.
