Set the Table: The Art of Nourishment
🗓 On view now through August 2

What does it mean to nourish and be nourished?

Spanning all of the Dairy’s gallery spaces, *Set the Table* explores the dinner table as a powerful site of connection—where food, culture, ecology, and community meet. Through immersive installations and interdisciplinary work, artists examine the stories, systems, and relationships that shape how and what we eat.

Grounded in Colorado’s agricultural landscape and Boulder’s culinary culture, the exhibition invites us to consider nourishment in all its forms: emotional, cultural, ecological, and communal.

Join us at the table and experience an exhibition where food becomes both medium and message.
