Our director, Chris Reed (Chris Reed) was part of at a recent panel on urban re-wilding, contributing to the dialogue around ecological regeneration, climate resilience, and the role of landscape in shaping the future of Toronto’s waterfront. This was an important exchange and opportunity to connect with so many people thinking critically about the future of our cities and public spaces.
Thank you and congratulations to U of T Daniels Fadi Masoud (Fadi Masoud) and Prof. Nina-Marie Lister (Nina-Marie Lister) for bringing together such an inspiring conversation at Leading with Landscape: Toronto’s Waterfront Transformation.

We’re excited to share that our director, Chris Reed (Chris Reed) will be speaking at Leading with Landscape: Toronto’s Waterfront Transformation, a three-day symposium and exhibition hosted by the University of Toronto’s John H. Daniels Faculty of Architecture, Landscape, and Design, October 1-3 at One Spadina Crescent.
Chris will join the panel on re-wilding, contributing to a broader conversation about how park-making and ecological regeneration can shape the future of Toronto’s waterfront. The symposium brings together more than 45 designers, scholars, policymakers, and Indigenous leaders to explore landscape architecture as critical infrastructure, from climate resilience and ecological restoration to reconciliation, public life, and city-building.
Chris is looking forward to taking part in this discussion, and we’re proud to see him contribute to such an important dialogue at a moment of profound change for Toronto’s waterfront. Thank you to U of T Daniels Faculty and organizers Fadi Masoud (Fadi Masoud) Prof. Nina-Marie Lister (Nina-Marie Lister) for bringing this conversation together.

Big things are happening in Long Beach!

This past Saturday, April 25th, we headed to the Jenny Oropeza Community Center for Workshop 2 of the Drake-Chavez Master Plan and Connection projects. It was an incredible morning spent sharing our latest progress and, most importantly, hearing directly from you. Our team shared early design concepts that were built directly from previous feedback before moving into small groups across three interactive stations to dive deep into project-specific details.

We are grateful for the dedicated neighbors who showed up to share their ideas. Your voices are shaping the future of these spaces, and we’re excited to keep building this vision together!
