Congratulations to our skaters, Xinyu Chen and Jack Liu who placed second at the US Championship Series in Intermediate Dance and to Jack for being named to the Novice Men Developmental Team.

Also a heartfelt congratulations to our TOI coaches for their students achievements in this Series. We are so proud!

T’is the season for outdoor skating! Last week Assistant Coach of Overture of Boston Gillian Robidas and Overture Mentor Jack Liu were invited skaters for the Strawberry Banke Museum's Candlelight Stroll, produced by Ice Dance International. What a beautiful night it was for a holiday skate!

Junior Team members invited to skate with new skaters this Sunday 8/16 and next Sunday 8/23
Open, Novice, and Adult team members invited to skate with new skaters next Sunday 8/23

Time slots are listed on the Sign-Up Genius - please sign up for a slot for your team if you can come skate with our new recruits - there is a limited number per team to keep our numbers to 25 per session:

And what a day it was! Remembering last year’s Nationals when Encore, Act I, and Forte of Boston all captured the gold medal in the Novice, Junior, and Senior level. We can’t wait to get back on the ice and see our TOI community again.

Today’s Graduating Senior is Finna Jacobson! Finna graduated from Lexington High School and has been a part of our program for seven years. Her favorite TOI memory was Nations Cup 2019 where she got to travel with her team to France and be a part of the silver medal winning Act 1 of Boston team. Next year she will be going to Springfield College. Finna adds, “To all the coaches and skaters of TOI Boston, thank you so much for helping me grow as a person and a skater through the years, I’ll never forget my TOI family!” Congratulations, Finna. We are so proud of all your accomplishments on and off the ice.
