There is a special moment when it’s all connected, soulful, magical and maybe spiritual. I don’t know, but I do know when that time was for me. It was around 5am. The time I could dance and I danced with my friends. Complete strangers hours earlier. They came from places like Toronto, Baltimore, Portland, Boston and any other city that made the trek. They came for sounds nobody ever heard before. They came to venues so ugly in the daylight that they have been abandoned by the world. We made them beautiful! We took that sound from warehouses to mountain tops, from barns to the beaches. We did it for the Music. People asked me to describe what Bliss is? Well…… for me it’s that moment when the first light hits your face and you have found the perfect beat. In 1993 we were young, nobody knew we were doing anything earth shaking. We were kids wanting to dance. It’s been twenty three years since we’ve thrown a party, We think it’s about time! We do this for the music, We do this for the love, We do this because We are Bliss!
