Northeastern University Dragon and Lion Dance Troupe We are a student performance group spreading Chinese culture through dragon and lion dance.

The Northeastern University Dragon Dance Troupe was founded in 2015, who's goal is to spread the Chinese culture through artful and unique performances of the Chinese Dragon Dance. Dragon Dance originated in the Han Dynasty in 200 A.D., and the dragon has traditionally symbolized the bringing of good luck and prosperity, as well as the warding off of evil spirits. Today, Dragon Dance is usually pe

HEY!!! GET READY FOR SOMETHING SPECIAL!!! This year marks 10 years of us being a student organization here at Northeastern University!! 🤩🤩 In celebration, we are putting together a MASSIVE showcase for you all to demonstrate our gratitude for your support over these last 10 years!!!

Our spring showcase will be held on March 27 with doors opening starting 6:30PM! This will be held at the Fenway Center and will be a TICKETED EVENT so please refer to the QR code, our linktree, or this link to purchase tickets!
