The Z Spot Boston's first studio dedicated to bringing Zumba®, dance and fitness to the city of Boston!! And most importantly, it is FUN and is for EVERYONE!

We are excited to bring you a fun and exciting way to bring health and wellness to your life! Through dance, you can open your eyes to movement within your body that you didn't know existed! Whether you have never stepped foot in a gym, or a dance class, if you can move, you can do this! We specialize in Zumba Fitness classes, as well as Zumba Gold (for Seniors), Zumba Kids, Zumba Toning and Zumba

Sentao. We offer specialty classes and workshops that we will promote on a monthly basis open to all members and community goers.
