rk-style cooking is a favorite Caribbean technique that involves certain spices and peppers to deliver a kick that will have your mouth flaming. It is often paired with tropical flavors like mango or pineapple to soothe the taste buds. Boston Jerkfest is an out-door family-friendly Caribbean style food festival that features Jamaican jerk hot spiced food and all things spicy and hot. Boston Jerkfest offers 2 days of fun in the sun. Boston Jerkfest will feature top local Caribbean Chefs, authentic Caribbean, international and local spicy food for sale, including specialty foods such as: spicy jams, nuts, desserts, and traditional home-made drinks from the Caribbean with entertainment and performances for the whole family. It also features a Rum & Brew Tasting for 21+ festival attendees. Brew & Rum Tasting includes unlimited tastings of rum cocktails, craft beer, and mead drinks only - no food included with ticket.
