We are less than 6 months away for our annual South Boston Evacuation Day/St Patrick's Day Parade. Did you know that in 1948 Boston Mayor James Michael Curley himself granted authority to organize and conduct the St. Patrick’s Day-Evacuation Day Parade to the petitioner, South Boston Allied War Veterans Council (SBAWVC).
The SBAWVC can not do this on our own and are very grateful for our local politicians and the local businesses that continue to support our endeavor year after year.
