Hi everyone! I’m excited to share the first three steps of my dance routine, “Lola,” which I created especially for our first Online Dance Lesson.

My plan is to teach at least three new steps each week until the entire routine is complete. I would love to hear your thoughts!

Sam Ray is an experienced dancer, choreographer, and dance teacher for so many years, who is equally passionate about this beautiful art form. Also, he is a Former Dance Instructor at Fred Astaire Dance Studios in Boston, Cambridge Center for Adult Education, and Dance Complex in Cambridge. During this time, he had an excellent opportunity to teach how the dance technique structure is essential. But always showing to his students that if you take the fun and joy out of the dance, there will be the hard work only, missing the best part of it, which is the inner joy.

Well, "The Sam Ray Show" is a straightforward idea.
