Out of an abundance of caution, as they say, the 2020 NERAX festival scheduled for April 1 to 4, 2020 has been cancelled. The next classic NERAX festival will take place at the South Boston Lithuanian Club probably early in April 2021. We expect to serve about 100 real ales and ciders from the US and UK. In Fall 2018 the 13th annual NERAX North will take place at Knights of Columbus Hall in Salem,

MA. We expect to serve about 50 cask-conditioned beers and ciders from the UK and US. Between festivals we are on the hunt for more Real Ale on exhibit in New England.

In other news, we're ramping up to send a shipment of US cask to the Peterborough Beer Festival in the UK this August, so keep an eye out for that if you'll be there this Summer! 🍻

Thats a wrap! (or reap?)

Thanks to everyone who came out to the 27th annual NERAX this year to enjoy all the exciting beers & ciders we had to offer from the US & UK!

We really appreciate all the support from everyone who came including the many of you who even flew over from the UK! Every session was at or near capacity and we went through more beer & cider than I can recall ever doing before.

Cheers and we can't wait to see you all at the next one! 🍻

Another day, another stichfass tapping at NERAX!

Last sessions are today and we burned the midnight oil getting more than a dozen new UK casks up on the stillage and ready for today.

Tonight's session should have room for plenty of walk-ins, so come by and have a few pints of the new (and old) casks available before they're gone for good!

Venting day here at NERAX! Cask beer is a living product that produces its own secondary conditioning in the cask, so some of the pressure must be released before tapping and serving can occur. Some are more lively than others, but that's to be expected!

There's still a couple days left to get advance tickets at NERAX.org to sessions that haven't sold out. Some walk-ins will be allowed for the sold out sessions, but we recommend getting tickets ahead of time to guarantee entry.

ONE WEEK UNTIL NERAX! Ticket at NERAX.org

Glasses this year will finally feature the reaper logo, so don't miss out if you're a die hard NERAX glassware collector.

As always, there will be 100+ casks of US/UK beer and cider along with several stichfass of lager, as well.

We recommend hitting up several sessions if you want to try the most variety given that all the casks are unique one offs. But don't fear the (cask) reaper if you miss out on one. There will be plenty of rare casks still available as we rotate through them during the week.

Only two weeks left! Tickets & volunteer form at NERAX.org

All 60+ firkins of UK beer & cider have arrived safely in the States and will be cellared and ready to go for the fest in perfect condition.

If that's not enough, there will be 50+ casks of US beer & cider to go with it!

We recommend attending multiple sessions if possible for the best range of options, since the offerings vary throughout the week due to the nature of cask and the fact that these are all unique one-offs.
