Time to hygge- cozy art with a global flair

10/10/2026

Recently I am revisiting the style that got me into surface pattern design - modern Scandinavian folk art!

This Nordic Kitchen Collection showcases the colorful and symmetry of Scandinavian design, but I purposely sneak it a bit of organic designs in there to give more dynamics to the symmetrical and geometric nature!

Versatile for kitchen ware and homeware decor.

DM for licensing and buyout.

Make a wish! This is a French inspired birthday card featuring French pastry and macarons, framed by an elegant and "princess-sy" floral frame.

Who would you give this card to?

What happens when two things I love—La Dolce Vita and mahjong—end up in the same design for a birthday card?

I’ve been really into the La Dolce Vita trend, and I’ve also been having fun bringing mahjong into my work. So ... why not both?

Surprisingly, they work really well together! The colorful tiles, lemons, florals, and classic Italian-inspired colors all play nicely together.

A birthday card for the plant lover! 🌿

I had so much fun drawing all these little houseplants and colorful pots for this one. And of course, the message had to be “Bloom Boldly”.

I feel like this one works especially well for anyone who has turned their home into a mini jungle, although I admit I can't keep a houseplant alive!

Oldie but Goodie. As a millennial, this one is dear to my heart!

I am a huge music lover, and I remember listening to music on cassette mixtape when I was in elementary school! I admit that I don't miss fast forwarding to my favorite song on the tapes LOL!

What is your dream cake for your birthday?

Today I continue to showcase my recent endeavor in greeting card design. Since I can't possibly have every type of cake I want on my birthday in one day, I draw them out and imagine them instead!

Sharing another card - a versatile one for birthdays, graduations, promotions, achievments, or just every wins!

Just a little Hello! Lately I wanted to explore a bit about greeting cards, something I have always wanted to explore but didn't have the time for.

What better way than to look at existing designs and see how to convert it to marketable greeting cards?

Continuing witt my Enchanted Forest collection 🌙🌿

I wanted this collection to feel like a modern take on the kind of enchanted forests and botanical imagery you might find in Medieval art and illuminated manuscripts, but also with a little bit of the feeling of a contemporary editorial book cover.

For this card, I kept the dark background, arched frame, moon, stars, and very dense botanical border, but simplified and brightened everything with a more modern color palette and my own hand-painted style.

Inspired by the stars and moon from the Enchanted Forest hero and pattern, I wish to express the simple magic of the starry nights in this design.

I imagine my child laying in bed counting stars and moon on the wall and imagine going on an adventure with her favorite unicorn!
