All computer repair costs are flat rate listed price. If additional parts are needed (such as a new power supply, video card, dongle, etc.) we will contact you before doing repairs. Return shipping via UPS, FedEx or USPS Priority mail.
Please do not forget to send in your I/O board and/or dongle if it uses one.
Boards that arrive cracked due to poor packaging may be rejected.
Important: Please use strong boxes that will not buckle under stacked boxes and pack with care. One or Two inches of padding surrounding your board is strongly recommended. Please do not use worn out boxes.
