This is not your everyday normal hammer tacker. Most of them will only put in t-50 stables, but those technically are not allowed by the roofing underlayment companies. You have to do at least caps, nails or caps with stables. And this allows you to install caps with Staples that will actually go with the warranty of the roof. Underlayment. Too many guys don't care but you probably should!

Here's a great pro tip on how to do your caulking quickly and efficiently. I've seen other guys use this trick where they just run the caulking along the trim and just follow it up with a sponge immediately so I figured I'd give it a try. Seem to work out pretty good but in those small spaces you're definitely going to want to go back and see how it works. Make sure you clean it up pretty good. What are you guys think of this trick?

In this reel I show you a pro tip on how to easily get rid of trash on the job site. Once in awhile the plumbers will leave these small holes in the floor and you can literally just use these as a trash can instead of going to look for a trash can. This is a great pro tip for electricians also!

Here's a great pro tip on how to cut out your bottom plates before installing a door. Basically you could do it one of two ways. The first way is pre-cut the bottom plate and then you could cut it from the top. Or you could do it this way and leave out the jacks and then just use your circular. Saw to cut it and then install your Jack afterward which is what I'm doing here. What do you guys think of this trick?

Installing a small window box that is in a peculiar spot. Just so happened. The window slightly got covered by the new shower that was installed but the homeowner decided to just leave it there. What do you guys think of the placement of the window now?

Today I decided to see if my drill would work. Underwater. And yes it did work underwater. Which is super helpful when I'm putting these docks in for clients. Because no matter what you got to put some kind of tool in the water. I'm not sure how the drill will hold up after it dries out, but I'm not quite worried about that right now.

When most other guys won't do stuff like this, I will. This guy had two other plumbers out here and they never checked or finished this stuff. And it's because they're lazy and didn't want to do it right. Most guys will just leave it because they don't want to deal with it, but I will.
