A lot has changed since the last time I did one of these, so I thought it was time for a little reintroduction 🤍
For those who are new here, I’m Paris, the artist behind With Love By Bug Designs. And for those who have been here a while, thank you for following along through each chapter of this business (and my life!).
This year brought some pretty big changes! I love telling people that since I dislike change, I decided to do all the big life ones at the same time. I mean, why not?
After 10+ years in finance, I officially left the corporate world to work on WLBB full time. It still feels a little surreal but I haven’t regretted my decision for a moment!
We also said goodbye to Boston, my home for 18 years, and moved to the South Shore, where we’re settling into our new house and a very different pace of life. But can I just say, I do love the ample parking 🚗
And most importantly, in July we welcomed our beautiful baby boy, Nico 🤍
Becoming a mom has been the biggest shift of all. We’re figuring it out as we go, soaking up the newborn days, and trying to slow down enough to appreciate how special this season is.
Then there’s Bug, the namesake behind WLBB & now officially a big brother. He’s adjusted to his new role surprisingly well and loves the newest member of his pack 🐾
I started WLBB because I wanted to make beautiful, joyful things that celebrate the moments that make life special- large & small. Now I’m living so many of those moments myself: a new baby, a new home, a new chapter, and all the tiny everyday memories that come with them.
