Tech week is happening!! We got into the Chelsea Theatre Works Blackbox on Sunday evening and got all the seating set up, now we’re bringing the scenic design to life and finishing up our final touches on props and costumes. Our fantastic sound and lighting designers ran a cue to cue with our incredible stage manager yesterday and we’re looking forward to a full run through tonight! Pitbull’s Party runs for 5 performances starting this Thursday evening! Don’t miss out! Sliding scale tix available at the link in the bio!

It’s 2042 and a super hurricane threatens to wipe Miami off the map. Meanwhile, Mr. Worldwide is performing his last ever New Year’s Eve concert, the Ph***ic brothers are planning a business deal to dominate Corporate Miami, and an intergenerational Cuban-Jewish family must bridge their differences to survive the apocalypse.

This new play by Talia Rodriguez is a dark comedy about climate chaos, Zionism, q***r love, and what it means to call a place home.

Rehearsals are well underway for Pitbull’s Party at the End! We finished table work this week and are about to start getting the play on its feet with blocking rehearsals. Since this is a workshop production of a new play, we have also been using the table work period to support the editing process of our playwright, Talia Rodriguez. Get your tickets at the link in the bio for the first ever full production of this play! August 6-9 at Chelsea Theater Works, sliding scale tickets as always!
