Captive Audience by David Ives
A cautionary fable tells how Rob and Laura face a menace in their living room: a television that talks back to them and threatens to swallow them whole.
Amenities by Gregory Hischak
A young couple who’ve recently acquired money attempt to impress their unsuspecting dinner guest with their new, high rise condominium. What Leah discovers under the dining table however, is an actual artist in residence. Literally. This piece is a commentary on the general attitude the secular culture often has about artists.
The Role of Della by John Wooten
An eager young actress has her eye set on the role of Della, but can she convince a cold, sarcastic director that she's right for the part? A riveting and riotous look at the contemporary audition process, giving new meaning to the term "stealing a scene."
