meet andrew of Andrew Escudero π₯π
Iβm a contemporary visionary / surrealist artist based in St. Augustine. My work is shaped by years of meditation, travel, and a deep reverence for the natural world, blending surreal landscapes, cosmic imagery, and textured environments that invite reflection, presence, and connection.
My creative process stems from connecting with nature, inner exploration, and gathering inspiration from life, travel, and creative communities. From there, I build each painting in layers using recycled materials, acrylic paint, glazing, texture, and detailed brushwork.
The meaning behind my work comes down to connection between all levels of nature, from the landscapes around us to the inner worlds within us, and the powerful process of reconnecting to the boundless nature of the soul.
