🌟 Student Spotlight: Naomi! 🌟

This week we’re highlighting Naomi from our Junior/Senior Competition Team!

Naomi is in her second year dancing with us, and we’ve enjoyed watching her grow and continue to develop her skills. Being part of the competition team takes commitment and hard work, and she shows up ready to put in the effort and keep improving each week. We’re proud of the progress she’s made and excited to see her continue building her confidence as a dancer.

We’re glad to have you as part of the Appalachian Rhythm family, Naomi! 💛👏✨

But after a full season of learning, practicing, and growing — it finally clicked 🥹

Being a dance teacher means wearing a LOT of hats 😅

Teacher.
Choreographer.
Costume coordinator.
Music editor.
Hair fixer.
Snack finder.
Homework helper.
Confidence builder.
And sometimes… referee between best friends.

But at the end of the day, the most important role we get to play is helping our dancers grow into confident, hardworking humans who love what they do. ❤️

This week we’re proud to highlight Barbara from our 102 class!

Barbara has been dancing with us for 7 years, and she is such a special part of our studio family. Her dedication to showing up, working hard, and continuing to grow as a dancer is truly inspiring. She brings such a fun spirit to class and proves that dance is something you can enjoy at any age.

We love having Barbara in the studio and appreciate the positivity and enthusiasm she brings each week. She’s a great reminder that it’s never too late to keep learning, moving, and doing something you love. 💛
