There are so many moving pieces that go into putting on a county fair—and most people never see what happens behind the scenes. Months of planning, organizing, collaboration, problem-solving, late nights, early mornings, and countless hours from people who simply love this community.
Our fair is made possible by 5 board members, 1 full-time employee, 1 part-time maintenance employee, and when summer hits, we add an assistant and a couple more maintenance helpers. But the heart of this fair? Our volunteers. ❤️
The people who show up, haul things, clean, build, organize, work booths, help exhibitors, direct traffic, run events, answer questions, solve problems, and do whatever needs to be done. We truly could not do it without you.
And this year… WOW. What a year! ✨
This was one for the books—and one of the biggest FREE fairs we’ve ever had!
Because of the incredible support from our sponsors, we were able to bring something for everyone. From gel blasters and the Wild West Fun Park to bounce houses, caricature artists, concerts, livestock, exhibits, games, food, friends, and so many more memories—we packed this fair with FUN! 🤠🎪
To every sponsor who believed in us, every volunteer who gave their time, every exhibitor who worked so hard, every family who came through the gates, and every person who laughed, played, cheered, danced, ate, explored, and made memories with us…

A FEW FAIR FOLLOW-UPS 📣
🏕️ Fair Booth Deposits: Booth deposits will be sent out next month. Thank you for your patience as we wrap up the fair accounting.
🎟️ Meal Ticket Commissions: If you are owed a commission from meal tickets, all commissions must be submitted by next week in order to be included in the payout.
🔎 Lost & Found: Lose something during fair week? Our lost and found items will be available for pickup at the Fair Office through next week. After that, remaining items will be donated to Goodwill, so please stop by and check before then!
Now, before we know it, we’ll be doing it all over again…
