UPDATE: Fosters have been found! Thank you!

Low Rider Dachshund Rescue of Florida just had FOUR purebred Dachshunds surrendered to the rescue that need immediate foster homes. The dogs are currently in Fort Myers. The dogs are all spayed/neutered and just 1.5 years old.

As a foster, you provide a loving home for the Dachshund, a leash and harness, food and transport to vet appointments. The rescue covers all medical visits. If you find that the dog is a great fit for your family, you have first choice in adopting the dog.

Don’t forget! It’s almost Mac & Cheese with HOT DOGS time! Bring your Dachshunds and friends to Millennial Brewing this Saturday June 27th from 12:30pm-2:30pm for an amazing party! Everyone is welcome, even if you don’t have a dog!

The event is co-hosted by Sausage Dog Island and Low Rider Dachshund Rescue of Florida.

Join us TODAY for a Dachshund Yappy Hour at Bell Tower in Fort Myers, Florida from 6pm - 8pm! All people and dogs are welcome! Food and drinks will be available for purchase. We will meet in the central courtyard. Parking is free!

There were so many Dachshunds at our event today we lost count! Thank you to Sugarshack Downtown for providing a great venue and Low Rider Dachshund Rescue of Florida for co-hosting with Sausage Dog Island!
