✨Three years ago, Princess Entertainment SWFL opened the kingdom… and I can hardly believe how far we’ve come! 👑
So, I thought it was time to re-introduce myself.
I’m Torrie, founder and CEO of Princess Entertainment SWFL!
My love for performing started long before the princesses. After graduating from the American Musical and Dramatic Academy in NYC, I spent 10 years performing professionally before becoming my alter ego - stilt walker, “Way Too Tall Torrie.”
In 2011, I started my own entertainment business and have been lucky enough to perform at more than 250 events a year.
While working events around SWFL, I saw a need for a professional princess and character company in our area. I also wanted to create opportunities for the incredibly talented performers who live right here in our community.
In August 2023, Princess Entertainment SWFL entertained at our first event! 👑✨
Three years later, we have grown to 40+ amazing performers and more than 60 characters, and we’ve had the privilege of being part of so many special birthdays, community events, schools, hospitals, fundraisers and celebrations.
Character integrity is incredibly important to us. Our performers are professional actors who are carefully cast and trained to look, sound and act like the characters they portray. The past three years we’ve invested in high-quality costumes and wigs because those little details make a BIG difference to a child! ✨
We’re also incredibly proud of the partnerships we’ve built and the opportunities we’ve had to volunteer, give back, support fundraisers and bring magic to children who need it most.
I’m so grateful for this journey and everyone who has helped us build this little kingdom.
