Better late than never… 🤍

The river took my phone, but not my gratitude.

After a little river adventure and finally getting my technology (and life!) back in order, I wanted to say a heartfelt THANK YOU.

To everyone who stopped by The Roaming Brim at Piney River Resort—you made the weekend so special. Watching you create hats that tell your story is my favorite part of what I get to do, and meeting so many new faces while catching up with familiar ones reminded me just how grateful I am for this community.

A huge thank you to Piney River Resort for having us and for always making us feel so welcome. We truly love being part of these weekends and already can’t wait for the next one.

But vacation Regina? She’s grabbing the sun hat.

Between the shade and getting splashed by my kids approximately every 12 seconds… I’m choosing to believe straw dries faster. 🤷🏼‍♀️☀️

Every four years I become emotionally attached to teams I knew absolutely nothing about a week ago.

One minute I’m cheering for Team USA.

The next I’m rooting for Cape Verde’s keeper like we’ve been through life together, celebrating DR Congo taking a point off Portugal, and convincing everyone around me that some underdog deserves a miracle run.

The World Cup is weird like that.

Some people pick a team.

I pick good stories.

The underdogs.

The upsets.

The goalkeepers standing on their heads.

The countries making history.

So instead of picking a side, I made a hat for those of us who just love Match Day.

Add the pin for your country.

Change it when another team steals your heart.

🎉 Birthday parties, but make them wearable memories.

Last night’s guests designed everything from colorful truckers to one-of-a-kind wide brims, proving once again that the best accessory is one that tells your story.

This hat is pretty cool.

But what it represents is even cooler.

A dear friend gifted me a machine they weren’t using anymore, and today I finally sat down to learn it. What seemed like a simple gesture has already opened up a whole new set of possibilities for The Roaming Brim.

There’s something really special about the people who see your dream and quietly hand you a tool to help build it.

Today’s lesson wasn’t just about HTV, rhinestones, or learning a new machine. It was a reminder that businesses aren’t built alone. They’re built by communities, encouragement, generosity, and people who believe in you before you fully believe in yourself.

So here’s to trying new things, learning as you go, and being incredibly thankful for the people who help make it possible. ❤️

And yes… I may now be unstoppable.
