In the midst of darkness a moon appeared with its brilliance stepping from the silver clouds... it glanced at me , like a falcon that hunts its prey and steals it away , it captured me and flew back to infinite space, waiting for her lover the sun to Return , as I looked for myself I could not fine myself, for my body had become merged with the moon and sun as one immortal force ...just like the radiance of a nutron star expanding beyond the horizon of the Milky Way and our names etched into the seeds of antiquity a sigil of love imprinted in the sands of forgotten times. As humans, we often go to the ocean to catch fish, collect seashells, swim in her waters, and enjoy all that she provides. We take sand to build our homes and harvest seafood to feed our families. Yet how often do we go to the ocean simply to honor her, bless her, and thank her for sustaining life?
The ocean is a living, sacred presence. Before taking what we need, perhaps we should pause and ask permission with gratitude and respect. Too often, humanity leaves behind trash, pollution, and toxins that harm her waters. As a result, countless marine species suffer, and many coastlines experience environmental challenges such as harmful algal blooms and declining ocean health.
Today, let us send healing, love, and gratitude to the ocean. Let us thank her for the food she provides, the beauty she shares, and the life she nurtures. May we become better caretakers of her waters.
Let us also send love and healing to the orcas, whales, dolphins, sea turtles, coral reefs, and all beings of the aquatic kingdom. May they be protected, thrive in abundance, and know peace.
