North by Northwest Region 13 Sweet Adelines choruses and quartets! Did you know that the amazing KETURAH MOLLER offers video coaching? She coached Capital City Sound Chorus in September, and here she is on video with Perfect Fourth Quartet. She's a Region 13 chapter-at-large member, too, and was there with us in Spokane last April. Reach out to her! You won't be disappointed!

We had a blast on the Morrison Center stage as the mic-testing Chorus for the BHS Evergreen District regional competition here in Boise. They even honored us at the awards ceremony with the Tall Timbre Award!

Capital City Sound wishes a very happy birthday to our youngest member, Emily, who turns 14 today! Emily has been an official member of our chorus for almost 3 years. She sings lead (mom Heidi sings bass) and we all just adore her. Not only is she musically talented but she is also kind, articulate, and joyful. Plus, she brings the average age of our chorus down by at least 3 decades!

Any early risers or runners out there?

Perfect Fourth Quartet was up well before sunrise today, singing the National Anthem twice for St Luke’s FITONE race in downtown Boise.

In between singing the anthem, they did an impromptu rehearsal inside the Idaho State Capitol, much to the amusement of spectators visiting the building.
