WE’RE HIRING: VENUE DIRECTOR

The Lift is looking for a Venue Director to lead sales, client experience, property management and day-to-day operations at our wedding and event venue in Dayton.

This is a chance to truly take ownership of a venue: be its face, build relationships and help it grow. You’ll guide clients from their first tour through event day while making sure the property is always ready to welcome them.

We’re looking for someone with experience in venues, events, hospitality, property management or sales who is organized, responsive and confident leading clients, vendors and event teams. Evening and weekend availability is a must.
