Keystone Theatrics is thrilled to announce the cast of our first production at the West Shore Theatre in New Cumberland, PA from August 19 through 22!

Beehive: The 60s Musical is a joyful, high-energy tribute to the women and music that rocked a generation. With unforgettable hits like “My Boyfriend’s Back,” “Son of a Preacher Man,” and “Me and Bobby McGee,” from legends like Diana Ross, Janis Joplin, Carole King, and Aretha Franklin, this feel-good show brings the spirit of the 1960s roaring back to life. From sock hops to social change, discover the voices of a decade that redefined everything. Backed by a live band, Beehive is a toe-tapping, heartwarming celebration of the songs, style, and sisterhood of the '60s—guaranteed to have you singing and dancing along in your seats!

AUDITIONS REMINDER: ONE WEEK AWAY!- Beehive: The 60s Musical

Be a part of the first Keystone Theatrics production (August 19-22) at the beautiful West Shore Theatre in New Cumberland, PA!
Beehive: The 60s Musical is a loving, rockin’ celebration of that era’s powerful female voices whose music stands the test of time – including Diana Ross, Janis Joplin, Carole King, Aretha Franklin, and Tina Turner! With over two dozen timeless hits, including “It’s My Party,” “Will You Still Love Me Tomorrow?,” “Where the Boys Are,” and “You Don’t Own Me,” the show takes you on a song-filled journey told from the perspective of six women coming of age during this unforgettable time, taking us from their first Beehive Dance through a decade of change. Beehive: The 60s Musical will have you dancing in the aisles!

We have taken our final bow on this chapter of Keystone Theatrics, and we want to extend our deepest thanks to every patron who bought a ticket, gave a standing ovation, sponsored, shared a post, or simply believed in the magic of live theatre.

To every actor, musician, director, choreographer, designer, technician, stage manager, crew member, and volunteer who played a part in bringing stories to life onstage and off — thank you for your talent, passion, and heart. You made these past 9 years unforgettable, and we can't thank you enough.

Together, we created countless memories, laughter, tears, friendships, and a community that will continue long after the curtain falls. This chapter of the story is over, but we can't wait to start writing the next one this summer at the West Shore Theatre in New Cumberland.

You brought the emotion, passion, energy, and humanity of this story to life in such a powerful way, creating a production that truly connected with audiences night after night. Your dedication, talent, and love for this show made this anniversary production something unforgettable, and we could not be more proud of everything you accomplished together.

As we move on to our next adventure, we at Keystone Theatrics would also like to thank our patrons who have supported us over the years at The Playhouse at Allenberry. Your support, encouragement, and love for the arts have meant the world to us, and we hope to see many of you in the audiences with us as we begin the next chapter of Keystone Theatrics at The West Shore Theatre.
