“The Marquardt Ranch is such a hidden gem. When we toured this venue I couldn’t help but notice how peaceful it felt. It’s true hill country tranquility & magic. We had our wedding here in November & used their all inclusive package. The staff was so kind & thorough from start to finish. I used Sheryl to coordinate my wedding & I couldn’t say enough kind things about her. Unfortunately she got sick & couldn’t be there the day of my wedding. But another staff member stepped in & we felt well taken care of. This venue is a family/friend run business & the quality of service is superior to any chain event venue—by a landslide. People are still complimenting us about how the food served was the best wedding food they’ve ever had. They use a local baker for the included wedding cake & it looked & tasted amazing. Again, our guests are still raving about our cake & dessert bar. The staff did a good job of checking in on our guests (& us) throughout the night. I also used their in house floral services; everything looked beautiful & just how I wanted it. Their pricing is phenomenal. Choosing this venue is one of the best decisions we could’ve made!”

“We couldn’t have been happier with our wedding experience! From the beginning, the entire team was wonderful to work with, and it was clear that Sheryl has years of experience coordinating weddings. Her organization, attention to detail, and calm demeanor made the planning process smooth and enjoyable.

The venue itself is absolutely beautiful and was the perfect setting for our wedding day. We ended up having rain, but Sheryl was incredibly prepared and helped us navigate several last-minute decisions with ease. Her experience and guidance took so much stress off our shoulders and ensured everything came together beautifully.

The food was amazing and got so compliments from our guests! We chose the chicken piccata and we were soooo happy with it!

Overall, we were extremely happy with our experience and are so grateful for all the hard work that went into making our wedding day memorable. We would absolutely recommend this venue to couples looking for a beautiful location and an experienced coordinator who truly knows how to handle every situation—even unexpected rainy weather!”
