It is with a heavy heart that we announce the last day of operation for VIP Shadowood 16 will be August 24th, 2025.
Originally opened by the Wometco chain in 1987, the long-running history and memories made at this theater abound its hallways. We’ve enjoyed our time welcoming the Boca Raton community to the theater for the last year and a half, but it is now time for a new chapter at Shadowood Square as the center redevelops the space for alternative uses.
We want to thank our loyal guests for their support and patronage as we vacate the theater to make space for the next great development to serve the community.
We hope you’ll join us between now and the 24th of August for our final nights of movies, memories, and gratitude as we say goodbye.
For our guests with the annual VIP Bucket All refills on our 2025 VIP Bucket will be free through our final day of operation. All 2025 VIP Bucket holders and their party will also be able to receive $5 discounted admission to any regularly scheduled show through our final day of operation.
For our guests with gift cards Gift cards that were purchased at VIP Shadowood 16 and have an unused balance will be refunded upon request after our closing date. Please email [email protected] with the full gift card number and a name and mailing address where a refund check can be mailed for the remaining balance.
