Brightline launched its process to accept applications for a new station in the Treasure Coast - it looks like it's going to be quite a competition!!

This has been in discussion for a few years but now that the route to Orlando has opened on September 22nd, they are starting the process to choose the next stop - probably either Ft Pierce or Stuart. It is scheduled to open 1st Quarter 2028.

Brightline currently operates stations in Miami, Aventura, Fort Lauderdale, Boca Raton and West Palm Beach and Orlando.

Meetings are scheduled for the end of November for Martin and St Lucie Counties and the deadline is December 22nd.

If everything follows a newly released plan, the Treasure Coast's high-speed train station would open in 2028.
