Hey guys, Kacie here. I wanted to make one last post before i delete myself as an admin on this page. I just wanted to say that I have really enjoyed working at Hilltop and getting to meet all the wonderful customers and fellow employees. I have worked in the service industry for many years and I have to say, I met some of the best people working at the bar. I'm really gonna miss it. I can't wait to see it when it comes back up:) I don't know the new owner but from what Lynne says, he will do a great job of making The Hilltop back into the bar it use to be. Can't wait to have my girl's nights out again at my favorite place. Love you all and GOD BLESS :)

I would like to thank each and every one for all of the love and support during the tragedy of The Hilltop burning. But I have made the decision to move onto the next chapter in my life and sell the business to Chris, the man who has recently purchased Potsie's just down the street. I have talked to him about his plans and I feel very comfortable that he is going to keep the Hilltop tradition alive and do his best to make the next 80 years even better. I want to thank all of you for the memories both good and bad and chance for me to follow my dream of owning my own business. I have met a lot of wonderful people who have made a great impact in my life and some awesome friends. A special thanks to all of my employees who made it all possible, Randy and Darla for supporting all of our benefits, Ms Bobby and Ms Carolyn for always making me smile, Pool league for the many good times, and too many more to mention, and my love Jackie Wheitlauf for being our most faithful customer. I love and will miss you all but you can expect to see visit. God Bless and take care... LYNNE AND FAMILY
