The gem mining experience is usually followed with negotiations and trades among students, since they will all discover uniquely colored and different sized treasures.

We just had a great visit to Florida, gem mining with 2 schools and over 900 students. We have many more field trips booked through the end of this school year, and we are already booking for next year. If you are a teacher and want to get on the schedule for next year, let me know.
