In the next week or so we are looking to try doing a new flavor of mead, we however don't know what to try next. We are wondering what flavor ideas you guys might have so please let us know what sounds good to you.

Herbs, spices, or fruits are free game for defining the flavor profile.

We will be using either clover, wildflower, or orange blossom honey as the base so make sure to let us know which honey as well. (Please ask if you need to know the differences in the honeys.)

This year we aim to make it to a few mead tasting competitions. It is time we step up our game. If you know of any please let us know. We have some competitions to win!

I, Jorvik, will be going to a number of events this year and be bringing amounts of our mead with me to all of them. If you will be there let us know so we can share with you the culmination of our progress so far.

Genesis 4: January 20-22 (Short notice I know, but I'm just listing everything.)

PaizoCon: May 26-28

CONvergence: July 6-9 (We will be with our Deadly Delights friends at the Eolian/Zelda Room.)

Gen Con: August 17-20

The Big House 7: TBA

Congratulations to Lauren and Josh! It was an honor to brew a very special batch of mead for this, your special wedding day!

Sorry we have been off the radar everyone. We have been rather busy but that isn't to say we have stopped pushing forward!

We have been working with new honeys and will be experimenting with fruit and wood flavors in the coming year.

Everyone's continued support has been instrumental in keeping our pedal to the metal. Much thanks and Skól!

First order of business: We have got to give a huge shout out and thank you to all the folks at Deadly Delights! Having put on a fantastic party room, being awesome people (now friends too) and lastly but certainly not at all the least; for having us along for a wild ride! The Mead reviews were astounding, and seemed to be the talk of the convention. I don't feel like things could have gone any smoother than they did for out first year as a part of the team.

Now though we gotta step up our game! We will be coming at you twice as strong because we have a year to step up our already stellar game.

Come see us out at friday night. We will be at cabana room #210, and find the Viking in an apron with a horn and show ID to get an exclusive badge ribbon after trying the special batch of mead.
