Another year, another cruise with Virgin Voyages !!!

Last year I collab-ed with 𝔗𝔯𝔦𝔰𝔱𝔢𝔫 𝔑𝔞𝔦𝔩’𝔡 ℑ𝔱 to bring a nail concept to life so when it was time for my....FIRST CRUISE TO ALASKA... I knew we HAD to collab again.

Tristen is a phenomenal nail artist and was able to recreate my original concept with ease!

So excited to set sail next week on the Brilliant Lady!

WHERE IS THE ART?!?

My commissions have slowed and so had my digital art....for months now. Luckily for me I had a comfy backlog to keep this secret on the down low for months, but I'm out of backlog so it's time to let the cat out of the bag.

Why has my art stopped? Well, in short it hasn't.

What has happened though, is that I finally decided to give 15 year old Epic what she has been wanting for (don't say it, don't say it)....18 years...

I am writing a book. Multiple books actually....but let's get through the first one before we get crazy.

I am very private about my writing journey, but in celebration of hitting over 50k words written, I am ready to tell everyone that...

Epic is writing a novel!

I am on track to finish book one this year and start looking for publishing opportunities (if I don't lose my momentum)

Yesterday I got the opportunity to show at my second art show ever! Thank you for hosting and giving me the opportunity.

Art is a form a therapy and it was so inspiring to see the different pieces and all the work people had put into their art.

I was so excited to get to tell people of my pieces and share my own journey specifically with Digital Art. People make the assumption that because Digiral Art is on a computer that its easy or lazy but just like a oil painter learns they're tools and used them to express themselves. A digital artist does the same with their pen and tablet. These pieces took me between 45-50 hours and hundreds of layers. I am beyond proud of what I created and know I put my everything into it.

I wasn't originally going to post this print today but after some self reflection of how some people's lives have been this week (Mine included). I decided what we all need right now is The Sun.

I hope whoever sees this gets a little sun in their lives and remembers that after every storm there is warmth and light.
