🧘‍♀️ Free Community Pilates Class This Saturday! ✨

Ever wanted to give Pilates a try? This is your sign! Join us this Saturday morning for a FREE Pilates class designed to help you build core strength and improve flexibility. Whether you’re an experienced mover or a complete beginner who has never stepped onto a mat before, this class is open, welcoming, and accessible to everyone!

🗓️ Details:
When: Saturday, July 25th at 10 am
Where: Continental Ballet Studio (Bloomington Civic Plaza)
Cost: Completely FREE!

What to bring: Just bring a mat (if you have one), a water bottle, and comfortable clothes to move in!

Bring a friend or come make a new one. Spaces are open on a first-come, first-served basis, so arrive a few minutes early to grab your spot!
