Textures & perspectives of The Steel and Bedrock House [exterior - no ai]
Music: August Haze - Earnest Hood [Neighborhoods Album]
Once upon a time, in a barren landscape worlds away from our own, existed a single seed, nestled in a bed of impenetrable stones. This lone seed, being the last chance of life left on this planet, was faced with the daunting task and wonderous opportunity to bring new life to a once unchanging environment. However, this journey would not be easy. It would not be fast. It would not come without its challenges. Outnumbered by the permanence of solid, rigid, and unforgiving materials, and with limited space to grow, the seed must develop within its shell before facing the uncertainty of its cruel conditions. As it curiously breaches it's safe, dark, testa, it pushes down roots deep into the medium below before reaching its branches upwards towards the light above. Surprisingly to its delight, what it once saw as rigid rocks in a barren landscape was, in reality, an infinite supply of seeds just the same as itself, yet undeniably different and unique, each in their own ways. As it focused its energy towards growth, it found that it did not need to repopulate its world with life. Life was already surrounding it. Growing in strange and confusing ways, inwards and outwards, expanding and contracting, rising and falling, all at the same time, bring colorful awe and effortless moments to its pulsating world. Some seeds blended seamlessly into the fabric and texture of their surroundings, while some seeds grew more defiantly. Braving against its rigid surface, shaping it and molding its landscape without rhyme or reason. Somehow, by acting seemingly against its environment with such apparent motivation, it resonantly combined in harmony with the beautiful flow and dance of the universe as a whole. In this moment of joyous celebration, life realized it was not separate from the rocks it saw so tangibly outside of itself. It was them.
