The BCT is hiring for an accountable and driven Events Associate who will help ensure the enjoyment, safety, and well being of our artists and audiences during events. The Events Associate will be tasked with house management, artist hospitality, merch sales, concessions backup, and administrative tasks, as assigned by the Director of Operations.

POSITION DETAILS
- Part Time, Non-Exempt
- 20 - 29 hours / week
- $16 - $23 / hour

QUALIFICATIONS
- High School Diploma
- At least 1 year retail, restaurant, or assistant experience
- Ability to gain experience, knowledge, and skills in the day-to-day operations for a mission-based organization
