Summer mosaic camp for high schoolers!

Our summer camps are back this June and July! We are excited to offer a variety of camp topics for rising 1st-12th graders, including our Ivy Arts for Kids camps, Theater & Film camps with Constellation Stage & Screen, and topics in the creative arts, culinary arts, STEM, and more in our College for Kids & Teens program. Whether your child is interested in learning to use a pottery wheel, dive deeper into STEM topics in Ivy Tech’s Design Technology or Biotech labs, or just looking to have fun this summer, these camps provide an excellent opportunity to learn new skills and explore their creative potential here at Ivy Tech Bloomington. All supplies provided and youth scholarships available!

Discover the art of mosaics in one of our upcoming introductory and continuing classes taught by local artist and CLL instructor, Sara Colvard! Introductory options include two 4-week sessions focused on Flowerpots and Glass & Mirror Plaques. For students with some experience, Mosaics Studio - Picassiette will help advance your skills and gain confidence in creating durable pieces of art that express your individual style!

In this beginner’s class, Sara Colvard will introduce you to the medium of mosaics before exploring the materials and techniques used to create mosaic art. You will be encouraged to experiment with color and texture and have fun as you explore the endless possibilities of this beautiful art form.
