Bloomington Handmade Market Bloomington's own independent DIY market! Summer show every June, holiday show every November!

BHM is a juried show, meaning that participating artists are selected from a pool of applicants and notified a few months in advance of the show. In selecting artists, we look for artists and crafters that are creating quality, unusual work of a type that we don't often see in more traditional craft fairs. Artists come from both Bloomington and around the midwest to participate, and we are always

looking for new artists to apply! In the "Vendors" page is a list of links to artists who have participated in the past, and browsing these can give you a good idea of the types of arts and crafts we seek.

We don't accept late applications because we've already gone through our whole jury process. If you missed applying, our summer show applications will be open next year for the month of March!

Makers! You have until Aug 31 to apply to our Winter Show! Here's some pics from last year to inspire you!

Winter BHM will be Nov 21+22 at the Monroe Convention Center. Admission is free and the show goes from 10am-4pm both days. Over 100 makers will take over both floors of the Convention Center. Please do read the FAQ on our site for all your questions and then fill out the app! We are excited to see what you've been making!
