• Development and utilization of a talent pool that reflects the racial, cultural and religious makeup of our community.
• Encouragement of new theatrical works that reflect that diversity.
• Development of an educational outreach program to expand audience and encourage new talent.
• Inclusion of plays by ethnically and culturally diverse playwrights.
• Productions of interest to audiences served
