šŸŽø THE FINALE ā€” THE PERFECT ENDING TO 100 SUMMERS! šŸŽø

The Finale is always one of the highlights of The Sideshow, and this one absolutely did not disappoint! These guys put on one of the best Finale performances yet.

Some of the most seasoned and talented musicians from throughout the show came together for one last set, joining forces to shut down the 100th Anniversary Bland County Fair late into the night. Different bands, different styles, and a whole lot of talent all on one stage ā€” truly the cream of the crop!

And we have to give a special shoutout to Michael Smelser.! Michael isnā€™t a member of any of the bands in the show, but when we need someone behind the drums, he is always willing, always able, and always delivers. He stepped in once again for the Finale and showed exactly why we keep calling on him. Heā€™s an incredibly talented and versatile musician, and he fit right in alongside some of the best musicians of the night.

Put them all together, and they were the perfect icing on the cake for an unforgettable Sideshow and an unforgettable 100th anniversary celebration.

šŸ”„ LOUD. WILD. UNFORGETTABLE.šŸ”„

BURNOUT was ON FIRE at The Sideshow 100 Summers! On an already hot summer night, they turned up the heat even more with a set that was loud, hard-hitting, and absolutely packed with energyā€”pounding drums, screaming vocals, phenomenal guitar licks, and all the raw energy of 80s hard rock.

And now thereā€™s a powerful new voice out front! Greysen, who also fronts The Bluzberrys, has stepped in as BURNOUTā€™s new lead singerā€”and what a fit she is. Her powerhouse vocals are made for that big, bold 80s hard rock sound, bringing a whole new energy to the band.

Watch this video all the way to the end! Youā€™ll see a little crossover from The Bluzberrys when two of their members join BURNOUT onstage to close out the set. It was the perfect ending to one seriously rocking performance.

Wylee & The Coyotes absolutely blew us away at The Sideshow 100 Summers!

Every member of this band brings an incredible level of talent and their own unique specialty to the stageā€”and when it all comes together, the result is one seriously entertaining performance.

This clip gives you a taste of just how good they were, including a powerhouse rendition of Janis Joplinā€™s ā€œPiece of My Heartā€ that brought high energy, and a really cool perspective from behind the keys during ā€œDrops of Jupiter.ā€

These guys didnā€™t just play great musicā€”they put on a show. Wylee & The Coyotes were definitely one of the highlights of an unforgettable night at The Sideshow 100 Summers! ā¤ļø

Some moments are just special. ā¤ļø

When Buddy Taylor stepped up to the microphone at The Sideshow 100 Summers, he didnā€™t need an introduction. Around here, Buddy is one of those people everybody seems to know ā€” and everybody loves.

He treated us to ā€œBehind Closed Doors,ā€ and from the moment he started singing, you could feel just how much it meant to the crowd to see him on that stage.

But the best part came at the end.

The crowd rose to their feet and gave Buddy a standing ovation. ā¤ļø

It was more than applause for a great song. It was a room full of friends, neighbors and generations of people showing their love and appreciation for someone who has been a special part of this community for a very long time.

Buddy, thank you for sharing your voice with us and giving The Sideshow 100 Summers a moment we wonā€™t soon forget.

Some performances entertain you. Some touch your heart. This one did both. šŸŽ¶ā¤ļø

The Bluzberrys took it to another level!

The Bluzberrys gave us a little bit of everything at The Sideshow 100 Summers ā€” Elton John, Michael Jackson, and an awesome Purple Rain guitar solo featuring Jeremy Oliver who absolutely nailed it and gave us one of those standout moments of the night! šŸŽø

Nate Montgomery made quite an impression in his first Sideshow as a member of The Bluzberrys. Nate is one of those musicians who can seemingly do it all ā€” multiple instruments, killer vocals and plenty of talent to bring to the stage. What a great addition to the group!

While heā€™s usually the quiet one, Matthew Morehead deserves some well-earned recognition! Heā€™s an integral part of The Bluzberrys and the sound they bring to the stage. He may not seek the attention, but he certainly deserves it!

Albert Newberry is always a hometown favorite, and for good reason. His talent on the keys is something special, and we know there are people in the crowd who come out just for the chance to hear him play. He delivered once again! šŸŽ¹

Greysen Newberry brought the vocals and sounded great all night. And weā€™re pretty sure nobody enjoyed getting a little Michael Jackson into the set more than Greysen ā€” a longtime MJ fan who was more than happy to take that one on! šŸŽ¤

Randy Newberry kept it all moving from behind the drums, laying down the beat and giving The Bluzberrys the solid foundation that pulled it all together. Another great performance from Randy! šŸ„

Put all that talent together and itā€™s easy to see why The Bluzberrys have become such a Sideshow favorite.

And if youā€™re wondering about one more familiar face who joined themā€¦ we havenā€™t forgotten him. šŸ˜‰ That special guest is getting a post all his own.

The Central Pickersā€™ performance at The Sideshow 100 Summers wowed the crowd!

The house was PACKED, the anticipation was high, and The Central Pickers did not disappoint!

There was something pretty special about looking out and seeing that crowd gathered together for a night of great music at the 100th anniversary of the Bland County Fair. And when The Central Pickers took the stage, they gave everyone exactly what they came for. ā¤ļøšŸŽ»šŸŽø

THANK YOU! ā¤ļø

What an incredible night! Thank you to everyone who came out to support The Sideshow 100 Summers and helped make it such a huge success. The turnout was fantastic, and seeing so many familiar faces gathered together made the night even more special.

The 100th anniversary of the Bland County Fair was everything we hoped it would be. We heard the same sentiment over and over throughout the evening: ā€œThis reminds me of when I was a kid.ā€ And really, what better way could there be to celebrate 100 years?

Thank you to everyone who came, listened, laughed, visited with old friends, and helped bring back a little of that Saturday-night-at-the-fair magic. ā¤ļø
