This is such a full-circle moment!!!
There’s just something special about small towns and the connections that come with them 💛
What started as a simple breakfast stop during Peanut Proud turned into the sweetest exchange. Getting a message from one of the new owners of Smitty’s thanking us for stopping by—and then realizing it’s a place that already held memories for our family—just meant that much more. My husband used to share so many mornings there with a good friend, and now here we are, making new memories in the very same spot.
That’s what supporting local is all about. It’s more than just food or a quick stop—it’s stories, history, relationships, and community all wrapped into one.
We’re so grateful to be part of a town that shows up, supports each other, and keeps those connections alive year after year. Already counting down to next time ❤️
