What is HIIT?
Our HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training) classes combine short bursts of high-intensity exercise with active recovery periods to create an efficient, full-body workout. Expect a mix of cardio, strength, and functional movements designed to challenge your body, improve endurance, and build strength. Whether you’re new to HIIT or a seasoned fitness enthusiast, modifications are available to help you work at your own level.

We are so excited to announce that Miss Micahlyn will be back at the studio full time for our 2026-2027 season! Micahlyn will be teaching Advance Jazz, Advance Modern, Advance Hip-Hop, Intermediate Hip-Hop & Intermediate Modern.

We are also excited to announce that she will be our Competition Director this year. Help us welcome her back to A&A!🖤
