Wildlife such as deer, fox and birds of all plumage take refuge within the parks habitat. Combine this with the designed additions of bridges and wood chip trails and Pioneer Park becomes a year round nature lover�s delight. A boardwalk

was constructed in the northwest section of the park that connected the Partridge Preserve subdivision with the Pioneer Park trail system. Park users can truly connect with nature�s beauty with over 2 miles of trails that wind through dense canopies of oak, elm, ash and maple trees and meander into wetlands that can be crossed over with bridges and boardwalks. Four season accessibility into the park�s offerings can be made by entrances located on the south, north and northwest. Portable restroom.
