**INFORMATION FOR BOOKING**

If you are a touring act looking to play in the town of Blacksburg, please contact Walter at the designated email address above. BOOKING
-Contact the music manager outlining the acts or details of the event.
-Create an event page on Facebook for the act including descriptions

of the touring artists, cost of the event, and location of the venue. Add the music manager as fellow host.
-Provide proof of physical advertising by placing flyers at local businesses and community boards at least ONE WEEK before the event.
-In some cases, Gillie's reserves the right to charge a rental fee. This is at the discretion of the music manager and varies from case to case.
-There are cases where our staff is spread too thin to work events. Due to schooling, personal matters, or life's other dutiful obligations, a show cannot be hosted if we can't provide a staff to run the event. EVENT DETAILS
-In certain cases, Gillie's is willing provide a PA and mics for events, though we cannot provide a sound technician. The booking party is responsible for any damages that occur to sound equipment during the event.
-You must provide your own doorman to charge for events.
-Load-in for gear varies based on how busy dinner shifts are. Load-in can sometimes start as early as 9:15pm.
-All events are given between 10:15pm and 1:15am. Extensions are at the discretion of the working staff.
-All gear must be loaded out by 2am at the very latest. Help returning the restaurant to it's normal layout is always welcome.
