“You do not realize what I am doing, but later you will understand” John 13:7 It’s Maundy Thursday today, the day Jesus bent low and washed the feet of the disciples. This painting came out of a time of silent art making with last week. It was one of those paintings that became what it wanted to be.

Day 4 of 50 former paintings painted this one maybe 2007? Started it in a painting class ab Tech that my friends gifted me for my birthday. Finished it at home my brother-in-law later bought it for my sister-in-law for a present. She still has it at her house. . I always like this one because you can’t tell if it’s day or night or what season it is it could be all of them at once.
